Most advisors can function in one or more of these categories: Life Coaching, Young Adult Coaching, Small Business Coaching, Enterprise Coaching, Executive Coaching and Professional Mentoring.
They come from diverse backgrounds, their experiences spanning different countries, languages, religions, educational backgrounds, professions and ages.
ProductiveMinds aims to be the largest, most helpful, trusted and productive platform in the world. A place where you can find the people who might have the answers in a click. This is our idea of professional advice. And it enables members to share their knowledge and experience beyond national boundaries.

Who is an Advisor?

In broad sense, both Coaching and Mentoring are about assisting someone or an organisation (a client) to progress from their current situation to where they want to be, and to do this in a manner that empowers the client to identify and obtain resources within their reach, saving significant time to achieve.
Coaches and Mentors are skillful at helping others deal with challenging life or business situations. When seeking advice, you should have understanding of the differences between Coaches and Mentors:
A Coach helps to identify potential, resources, further sources of help, opportunities and options to help achieve your goals. This may involve helping the you device a plan, setting goals, identifying possibilities and instilling confidence to achieve the goals. With a coach, you can discover significant dormant power that you already have and can progress faster and use your resources more efficiently. A Coach is not neccesarily more experienced in the your situation, coaches have extensive skills, facilities and resources to build and equip you for actualising what seems unachievable.
A mentor helps to give direction by sharing from own experience. A mentors should be experienced in the current situation of the client, offering good insight and workable solutions to guide the clients decision-making process.
